Every year Bishop Carroll welcomes international students to its program at Aquinas Hall, to experience life in beautiful western Pennsylvania and enjoy learning at an American Catholic high school. Students in the international program have predominantly been from China, but this year, students will attend BC from a total of six countries!

From ski instructor to planetarium director, Jim Krug ’98 has been inspiring students. Currently teaching Astronomy and running the Neil Armstrong Planetarium at AAHS in Altoona, Jim shares some details about his work life and some advice for students considering a career in education.

The Huskies Esports team had an exciting year, as we played two seasons with local league The Esport Company, and added in a new game, Valorant. Read on to find out some exciting news!

Since opening its doors in 1959, Bishop Carroll has seen over two dozen alumni ordained as priests. In the near future, that number will grow by two.

Many Bishop Carroll alumni look back fondly on their time on Husky Hill, seeing the benefits years after they were enrolled as students. Some of the Class of 2021 recently spoke with Mr. Nagy about how their time at BC has immediately benefited them in their current endeavors.
