2026 Distinguished Alumni Award Nomination Form

The Distinguished Alumni Award is presented to individuals who have graduated from Bishop Carroll Catholic High School. The honoree(s) must demonstrate commendable character and a dedication to the mission of Bishop Carroll Catholic High School and have made a unique impact on the world. All members of the Bishop Carroll community have the ability to nominate a candidate, and all alumni are eligible to be nominated. Final selection will be made by the Carrollian Gala Committee. All nominations are due by February 6, 2026. The Cornerstone Awards will be presented at the Carrollian Gala on April 25.
