We Are Back!

The 2025-2026 school year has begun! Already, wonderful things are

happening on Husky Hill. Here is just a little preview:

New Courses

New courses have been added in Engineering Technology, Computers, Today’s Tech Education, and the Patient Care Technician program with Saint Francis University. Our aviation and STEM programs have expanded, and new courses are planned for the next few years in all academic subject areas.

New Faces

Bishop Carroll welcomes some new (and returning) faces to the school. Mr. Jonathan Nagy (BC Class of 2001) is now the principal after 20 years as a teacher and administrator. Mr. Eric Ballarino has returned to Bishop Carroll to fulfill the role of Dean of Students. Mr. Jordan Bobroski (BC Class of 2021) has joined the faculty as a social studies teacher and Mrs. Julie Wright is teaching biology.

New Opportunities

Bishop Carroll students have new opportunities to experience, such as interactive field trips and seminars. The ecology class visited Shawnee State Park for an ecosystem study, the Personal Finance class will be attending a banking seminar, and students will be attending interactive events at Saint Francis University, Mount Aloysius College, and Saint Vincent College over the next month.

New Students

We are proud to welcome in the second largest freshman class over the last decade to Bishop Carroll! Additionally, several students, with possibly a few more on the way, have enrolled from all around the world in the International Program. A few upperclassmen transfers have also joined us, leading to enrollment growth for the third year in a row!

Same Focus

Above all, our focus still remains the same - a complete education, rooted in the teachings of Jesus Christ. Bishop Carroll Catholic High School exists to educate students in spirit, heart, mind, and body while preparing them to be the best possible members of their families, communities, church, and world. Read on the next page all of the faith-enhancing opportunities that the school is embarking on for the benefit of our students.
