Bishop Carroll Catholic High School has been privileged to host thirteen Carrollian Galas, and are pleased to announce that the fourteenth edition will take place on Saturday, April 29. The event is an elegant evening of dinner and music, featuring silent and live auctions, as well as the presentation of the Cornerstone and Distinguished Alumni Awards. Mr. Jerome Stephens, former BCCHS CEO and graduate of the Class of 1970
The John and Genevieve Wirfel family, who have seen dozens of descendants graduate from BCCHS.
Distinguished Alumni
Dr. Barbara (Vetock) Uncapher, former IU08 leader, educator, BC supporter, class of 1970
Mr. Daniel Martinazzi, standout BC basketball star, local Physical Therapist, class of 1984
Dr. Maureen Letcher, Hollidaysburg principal, president of the Pennsylvania Principal's Assocation, class of 1990.
Last year we were able to hold an in-person event for the first time since 2019. We also added an online auction with the Gala to increase participation and assist in raising necessary funds for the school. We are appreciative of your support of Bishop Carroll Catholic High School. In the current economic climate, we realize the struggles of small businesses and appreciate the sacrifices you make to donate towards our mission of providing a Catholic education to every family that desires one. We hope that you consider making a donation towards our event this year.
We seek to not only continue our mission, as we have for nearly the last six decades, to provide a high-quality private education within the framework of Catholic values, but we are working towards growing that program through some major campaigns. We are committed to fulfilling our mission of providing a well-rounded experience, educating students in spirit, heart, mind, and body. With persistence, faith and the partnership of truly caring and supportive business partners like you, our mission will continue another half-century.
