BCCHS forming a Home & School Association
BishopCarrollCatholicHigh School is forming a Home & School Association (HSA) to help ensure a rich, fulfilling high school experience for our students, and we’d like you to join us. Bishop Carroll is seeking energetic, enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to assist with volunteering, fund-raising, outreach, and marketing and communications for a wide and varying range of Bishop Carroll events and causes. Back to School Blast
New Student Orientation Day
10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Saturday, Aug.29.
The Back to School Blast will feature information on the upcoming school year and schedules will be distributed. There will also be fun events, including skits, demonstrations and tours. The day will conclude with a free BBQ and games in the courtyard. Plan on attending and having a great time! All incoming students will be contacted by their Student Ambassador in early July. If you do not hear from one, please call the school at 814.472.7500 extension 105.
Student service hours
Attention students! Underclassmen need 20-service hours for the upcoming 2009-10 school year, and five of those hours must be to their parish. The first due date is the Monday after Labor Day (Monday, Sept. 14) when five hours must be completed. Students are encouraged to perform service over the summer, especially parish festivals. Don't forget to get your form signed!
Accelerated Reader - Summer 2009
