College Scholarships

Between 2000 and 2008, Bishop Carroll students earned scholarships to the following colleges and universities: American University, Carlow College, Catholic University, Carnegie Mellon University, US Coast Guard Academy, Dickinson, Drexel, Duke, Duquesne, Franciscan University, Gannon, GWU, Immaculata, La Roche College, Juniata College, Mount Aloysius, Ohio State, Penn State University, Point Park College, Saint Francis University, St. John’s University, St. Vincent College, Stanford, Temple, The Citadel, US Naval Academy, US Merchant Marine Academy, Pitt, Washington and Jefferson and dozens more.

The 61 graduates of 2009 earned $2.9 million in scholarship offers. That’s an average of more than $45,000 each!

AP/College in High School Program

Through partnerships between Bishop Carroll Catholic High School and various colleges, BC students have the opportunity to earn college credit while enrolled in their high school courses. Currently partnerships exist with Carlow College, Mount Aloysius College, Pennsylvania Highlands Community College and Saint Francis University. Bishop Carroll currently offers 10 AP/College in High School Courses
